Glad you are here! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Lexi Upchurch. I am currently a Senior in college pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Engagement. Following graduation, I hope to run my own event planning company. I love all things fashion, fitness, self-care, and anything that sparks creativity! I hope to show you guys a few of my tips and tricks in hopes to help inspire other women to be the best version of themselves!

I found this word on Pinterest and have established it as my new "mantra". As I mentioned before, I love all things self-care and fitness and could talk for hours about it all. However, I can't say I have always been this way. I once was a shy, unconfident girl who would rather be a fly on the wall than have any attention on her. Over the past few years, I have taken those insecurities and strived to become better. Though I am nowhere close to the woman I aspire to be, I am well on my way. By finding new passions in fitness and health, I have become more confident. I have met so many people along the way and I am so thankful for that!
